Yoga Courses
One-to-One
Teaching one-to-one has always been part of my teaching life, following the Krishnamacharya lineage. Here each student is taken individually. All aspects assessed then I design practices for them and this is followed up and monitored at regular intervals. A practice may vary anywhere between 15 and 45 minutes catering for individual needs and wishes. 30 minute free consultation to outline and discuss the one-to-one lessons, available.
Group Class
Groups Classes have a maximum of 15 students. Beginner’s classes are 1¼ hours. Continuers and advanced classes may be 1½ or 1¾ hours.
Classes include:
- Posture work
- Breath work
- Simple meditation
- Diet and Lifestyle
- Chanting (experienced students)
- Study of Yoga texts (experienced students)
A hallmark of this teaching is individual attention giving the student possibilities to modify the postures according to their abilities.
Retreats
Retreats are given 2-3 times a year. 1-2 day retreats are aimed at deepening the student’s knowledge and awareness. See my prospectus for the latest dates. Study Groups Study Groups on the Yogasutras and Chanting are given periodically throughout the year.
